About Proto-tech Who is "Proto-tech"? This company is owned and operated by John Condon to design and build testing systems specifically for evaluating dental restorative materials since 1997. These designs had their inception during his twelve years as a research associate in the Department of Biomaterials and Biomechanics at Oregon Health Sciences University. Our goal is to equip biomaterials investigators with the highest quality yet most affordable research tools possible. We have an excellent service record: few of our machines have ever needed major repairs, and they were provided promptly and to the client's complete satisfaction. We are available and willing to provide training and guidance in the use of these machines and the conduct of biomaterials research. Our machines have been widely used and reported in the research literature. Our international client list includes seven leading restoratives manufacturers, more than twenty university research laboratories and the National Institutes of Standards and Technology. |
