Cusp Shaping Fixture

This innovative device enables you to prepare enamel-tipped wear antagonists for the Oral Wear Simulator. By fixing a diamond laboratory bur in a handpiece attached to a custom pivoting fixture, a section of enamel cemented to a screw can be carved into a 10mm diameter shape.

The device uses your own benchtop lathe. It comes complete with a 1/4 hp Dremel drive and flexible drive shaft, custom pivoting fixture, handpiece and two diamond burs. The price is $950.
